- Age 65 or older - Regardless of disability status
- Blind - Vision of 20/200 or less in better eye with correction
- Disabled - Physical or mental condition preventing substantial work for 12+ months

SSI eligibility depends on your income. Not all income counts the same way:
Income Exclusions
